About W.O.W. Products Inc. -- Shipping/Payment Information & Business Policies (Last Updated: 06/15/2009) For customers in the U.S., U.S. 'Territories' and Military Addresses: - Volleyballs and Magazines will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Insurance and Delivery Confirmation; Posters and T-shirts will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail with Del.Confirm. (3+ Posters and 2+ T-shirts will be via Priority Mail with D.C.). - Sales Tax--for Illinois shipments only, the purchaser will be charged 7.0% Illinois Sales Tax on the purchase price of the product(s). - Other Taxes--any shipping documents will correctly list the item(s) purchased as commercial merchandise along with the correct value of the item(s)--the purchaser is responsible for any additional fees/taxes due upon entry into the destination state or country. For International Customers: - Volleyballs and Magazines will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International (with included Insurance--additional/replacement insurance should be requested and paid for by the customer, if desired); Posters and T-shirts will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail International (3+ Posters and 2+ T-shirts will be via Priority Mail Int'l). - Taxes--shipping/customs documents will correctly list the item(s) purchased as commercial merchandise along with the correct value of the item(s)--the purchaser is responsible for any additional fees/taxes due upon entry into the destination country. ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION: - Private Signing Products--Due to each of the Volleyballs and Magazines already being individually packed and sealed for shipping, these Private Signing Products can NOT be combined, packaged, and shipped together. - Posters--multiple posters purchased will be combined and shipped together. - Shipment of your item(s) will be made within 5 business days after payment is received/cleared (not including weekends or holidays). - We will send a 'Shipped' email to confirm when your order has been shipped. - W.O.W. Products Inc. is not responsible for shipping damage, delay, or loss -- however, if insurance was included (or purchased), we will aide in the claim process, if necessary.  - Payment methods accepted are: Paypal and Money Order/Cashier's Check. PAYPAL--upon placing an order on our website, you will be directed to Paypal for secure processing of your payment. M.O./C.C.--please email W.O.W. to reserve the items you would like to order; we will then send an email to confirm your order and provide remittance instructions; payment must be RECEIVED WITHIN 10 days of our order confirmation email. - We do NOT accept personal or business checks--sorry, but they will be returned. - All payments must be made in US funds. PRODUCT DISCLAIMERS--Private Signing Products: - Except for slight differences in the location of the signatures/inscriptions, all volleyballs and magazines have been autographed and authenticated in similar fashion as the products depicted in the photographs/scans. - All volleyballs and magazines have already been packed and sealed for shipping. Orders will be filled with a randomly selected package, and thus, a random Serial Numbered volleyball or magazine. Sorry, requests for specific Serial Numbers will not be accepted.
